Star Wars: Episode IV

Whilst I don't claim to have seen the "A New Hope" on it's theatrical release, as I think I was about 6 months old at the time, but I have seen it once or twice since then - even catching a theatrical release of the "All New and Improved" version (although not so much).

I also own the original trilogy, i.e. the only ones that count, on VHS and DVD multiple times over. As such, the following article on the BBC website rather amused me.

It is allegedly written by someone who has never seen Star Wars (I know these people are out there, as my sister is one of them), and 30 years on, it describes how someone see's that movie now - although it makes no mention of how it compares to modern films.

It is quite amusing - give it a read:

Oh yeah, the sub-title is quite good too "Warning: This story contains plot spoilers" :-)
